The Confidence 60 is powered by Dynaudio Directivity Control (DDC), a revolution in sound-shaping technology. This includes the speakers’ central Esotar3 28mm soft-dome tweeter, their twin 15cm MSP midrange drivers, and their pair of 24cm MSP NeoTec Woofers. Between them, these state-of-the-art audio components produce a wide horizontal wall of sound channelled towards the user without reflecting off the walls, floor, or ceiling of your room.
Perfect focus
The Compex composite baffle houses a precision-engineered aluminium waveguide known as the DDC Lens. This piece of cutting-edge tech is the result of hundreds of hours of sound simulations and listening tests. It works in unison with the woofers, drivers, and tweeter, as well as the baffle shape itself, to focus the sound waves in a single direction: right towards you.
